Bringing over 50 years of quality laundry service & supply experience, the two partners of Greenwich laundry Co Ltd have Phoenix Like risen from the ashes that once was Initial Textile Services to bring a new name to the laundry Industry. With the knowledge of how the Big Players in the industry do things right & unfortunately how they get it very wrong, Greenwich Laundry Co ltd has been designed to focus on one important link in the chain – The Customer!

Working in Partnership with leading independent launderers & suppliers we have already established ourselves as a Quality focused supplier who desire direct links with the customer. We believe that if a customer has a query it should be addressed to someone who can deal with the problem, not pass it on to his superior or his superior & so on.

It was our desire not to rush into things & to understand what the customer wants before releasing our service, & what we were told was very basic – The customer wants a delivery / collection on the day agreed & the quality must be of a high standard acceptable to the end user & in the volumes required. Sounds simple, but unfortunately appears to be what many suppliers seem unable to deliver.
